Get a boost from the juice bar with a variety of flavours from orange, apple and more that will help build up part of your daily intake of vitamins. As well as the sweet energisers, take with you a cooling glass of detox water, which will give you that burst of freshness from the first taste; suitable to drink before or after your meal.
Set out and displayed with the rest of the continental options, help yourself to different flavoured yogurts, cereal preferences, jams, freshly overheated bread and pastries. Proving to be a great energy source and popular with the guests, the Vitality Breakfast Selection with porridge, nuts, seeds, sliced melons and pineapples, selection of cheese and sliced continental meats, all contribute to the body’s healthy nutrition.
Full Irish Breakfast
In addition to the continental buffet, the full-Irish breakfast is a must for the extra energy guaranteed. Upgrade your breakfast from continental (£9.95) to a full-Irish allowing you to experience the buffet and the hot meal; all for £14.95, or £12.00 when you pre-book in advance at reception.
Being tended to by the waiter or waitress, your hot breakfast order, inclusive of tea or coffee, will be taken after being seated. Very similar to the English breakfast, items include grilled back bacon, sausage, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, fried, poached or scrambled eggs, black and white pudding.
Each person is being individually catered for, as opposed to a self-service hot buffet, for that extra special service from the chefs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Vegetarian choices are also available, with poached eggs Florentine being a common option.
Wanting more? Other choices are offered, subject to a small supplement if opting for something a little different to the main selection, as well as a fruity smoothie or barista coffee.
The all-round Vitality Breakfast menus clearly label specific allergens that the particular meal contains, making this easier to quickly point out items to prevent an allergic reaction or anything else that the chefs should be immediately informed of. A full range of gluten free breakfast treats are also available, as well as soya milk for those with diary intolerances.
Served in the Grill Restaurant, doors are opened from 6.30am – 10.30am on weekdays, and 7.00am – 11.00am on weekends (including Bank Holidays). Enjoy breakfast today.LESS INFORMATION
