Ice cream is made to order with the help of science at Chin Chin Labs in Camden. Visitors of the lab can choose from Tonka bean, Valrhona chocolate, burnt butter caramel or one of the two specials that change weekly. The ice cream is then created right there on the spot with a special ingredient to ensure it freezes – liquid nitrogen.
The real fun starts when it’s time to choose your toppings and sauces! There’s a wide range available with gluten-free and vegan options including truffle crumble, bee pollen honeycomb, torched marshmallow and crack – a molten chocolate shell. Drooling yet?
As if that wasn’t enough, Chin Chin Labs also make some of the best hot chocolate in London – if you can fit it in!
